Dr. Sienna Riley

Sienna has always had a passion for movement. She grew up practicing ballet in Nevada City before going on to get her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Long Beach, California. She became inspired by her own experience with injuries to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy in Denver. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Sienna continued dancing in San Francisco and taught dance at local Nevada City studios and high schools. She is also enthusiastic about orthopedics and plans to pursue further training in an orthopedic residency.

 In addition to her background in ballet, she has also undergone special training in Yoga and Pilates. All three have provided her with a deep connection to the body's capacity for movement. "I love educating people to listen to their body and help them to understand just how much they are capable of doing." Sienna loves working with all ages and abilities to improve function-- and especially with fellow dancers!
