Kaya Lindquist PT DPT
Kaya is a California transplant from North Carolina, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University. In graduate school she was introduced to the practice of neurologic physical therapy and after the incredible experience of helping someone learn to walk again following a stroke, decided to focus her physical therapy career on treating neurological injuries and diseases. Kaya is also passionate about fall prevention and balance and she’d love to see fewer broken hips in this world. She is doing her part with her certification to deliver the Otago Exercise Program for Fall Prevention. When she’s not in the clinic you can find Kaya swimming in the Yuba river, rock climbing, playing piano, or practicing her amateur metalsmithing skills.
