Julia Russell – PT, DPT, CLT

Julia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, the highest-level degree in the profession. She specializes in treating pelvic pain, incontinence, urgency issues, dyspareunia, as well as any bowel and/or bladder conditions that are related to pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, specializing in treating lymphedema, a condition of chronic swelling often caused by damage due to cancer treatments. Julia says, “The main goal of this therapy is to reduce any limb swelling with massage, compression, and exercise. This type of therapy is very exciting because in a short time the patient is able to see visible reduction in swelling which allows them to perform their daily activities with greater ease.” Julia is a life-long learner with a devotion to helping people heal and lead active, healthy lives.
